Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Affiliate Program Manager Assistant to support our affiliate program management services.. This part-time remote position is ideal for someone eager to learn about and possibly start a career in Affiliate Program Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Affiliate Program Managers as needed.
- Schedule and manage meeting invites.
- Send out meeting agendas and minutes.
- Assist with keeping our CRM up to date
- Research potential affiliate partners.
- Utilize affiliate platforms to support program activities.
- Create and send program newsletters.
- Collaborate with team members through Slack.
- Assist with uploading and organizing documents to our server.
- Learn how to update assets in network platforms.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing concepts and tools.
- Experience with Google (Docs, Sheets, Workspace) and Slack.
- Experience with managing contacts in a CRM and managing google calendars.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- References required.
