During these times, responses to emails and inquiries may be delayed. If you have any ongoing projects or need assistance before a scheduled closure, we encourage you to reach out in advance. 2025 Office Closures
On these days our office is closed, no emails or calls will be returned.
Easter Break – Friday, April 18 – Tuesday, April 23. Office will reopen Wednesday April 24.
Victoria Day (Canada) – Monday, May 19
Canada Day – Tuesday, July 1
Civic Holiday (Canada) – Monday, August 4
Labour Day – Monday, September 1
Thanksgiving (Canada) – Monday, October 13
Christmas Day – December 25
New Years Day – January 1
2025 Company Wide Breaks & Professional Development
Essentials and Enterprise Clients will have emergency/urgent coverage only. No Slack availability.
Summer Holiday Closure – August 27 – September 2. Office reopens September 3.
Christmas Holiday Closure – Thursday, December 18 – Monday, January 5, 2026. Office reopens January 6, 2026.
Slack and Email Policies
Our commitment is to developing quality programs with incremental growth. To ensure that we want our team focused on undertaking the tasks required to drive that growth not spending all day in their inbox.
- It is understood that staff will check their email each morning on their work days and reply within one business day.
- SLACK is available to Essential and Enterprise Clients Monday – Friday from 9:30am – 4pm Central with the exception of Office Closures mentioned above. We do not expect our account managers to stop their work for non urgent SLACK messages and encourage them to enter DND when completing tasks and answer messages between tasks.
- BASIC Clients have access to a coach via Slack for questions Monday – Thursday, 10am-2pm Central as outlined in their agreements.
- Any SLACK messages sent outside of these times will be answered the next day.
