By registering, you agree to receive communications from Solais Marketing, including but not limited to:

Personalized Emails: We may send you personalized communications related to your engagements, performance, and opportunities to partner with new brands.
Text Messages, Direct Messages, and Phone Calls: You may receive updates and important information through text messages, direct messages on applicable platforms, or phone calls as part of our commitment to maintaining effective communication.
Automated Newsletters: You will also be automatically subscribed to our agency-level newsletters, containing updates, insights, and best practices related to affiliate marketing and Solais Marketing’s services.
You may opt out of certain communications, though essential updates related to service use may still be sent to maintain account integrity.

5. Prohibited Conduct
a. Misrepresentation of information, unauthorized advertising, spamming, or any other actions that could harm Solais Marketing, its partners, or other users are strictly prohibited.

Clearly and transparently indicating any sponsored or promotional content to ensure consumer awareness.
Adhering to ethical practices in all promotional activities associated with your partnerships.
Failure to comply with these disclosure requirements may result in termination of your partnership with Solais Marketing and potential legal action from the relevant regulatory bodies.

8. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
By using our services, you agree that any disputes or disagreements arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, your account, or any engagement with Solais Marketing will be resolved exclusively through binding third-party arbitration conducted in the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada.
